Product Introduction

GCMT2500 CNC spiral bevel gear milling and grinding compound processing machine tool is a 6-axis 5-linkage large-scale CNC spiral bevel gear processing machine tool developed by Shijiazhuang Hairunda Gear Equipment Co., Ltd. and Shenyang University of Technology. The machine tool can not only use the end milling method to process the spiral bevel gear of arc teeth, but also use the end rolling method to process the spiral bevel gear of cycloid teeth. By installing a speed increasing head on the spindle, the grinding of spiral bevel gear can be realized. By installing auxiliary tools, cylindrical gear milling and tooth blank turning can be realized. The machine tool is equipped with a tool system with independent intellectual property rights, and adopts dry cutting technology to process gears, which is efficient and environmentally friendly. The machine tool can use grinding or scraping for hard tooth surface processing, and the processing gear accuracy can reach the GB5-6 level standard.

1. Machine tool configuration

GCMT2500, the machine tool has high rigidity and is particularly suitable for processing large spiral bevel gears, and can realize the processing of spiral bevel gears with various tooth systems. The machine tool adopts modular design, and the main functional components adopt international brand products, with stable accuracy and high reliability. The machine tool adopts 6-axis 5-linkage full closed-loop control, the numerical control and servo drive system and detection feedback components adopt imported products, and the tool shaft and workpiece shaft are driven by torque motor. The machine tool is equipped with arc tooth and cycloid tooth machining tool system with independent intellectual property rights; the tool condition monitoring system and on-line measurement system can also be selected according to user requirements.

2. Processing capacity

The GCMT2500 can process spiral bevel gears with a maximum diameter of 2500mm. The end milling method can be used to process spiral bevel gears with arc teeth, and the end rolling method can also be used to process spiral bevel gears with cycloid teeth. The machine tool can process soft tooth surface gears, and can also grind and scrape hard tooth surface gears. The machining accuracy can reach the GB5-6 standard.

3. Trinity of turning, milling and grinding

The machine tool has the ability of turning, milling and grinding. It can complete all the processes of large-scale spiral bevel gear processing on one machine tool from blank turning, tooth milling and tooth grinding. 4. Dry cutting technology

The economic cutting speed of the tool is 120-160 m/min, the cutting speed can reach more than 200 m/min, and the cutting speed is higher than ordinary wet cutting 3-5 times, energy saving and environmental protection.

Tool system:

GCMT2500 equipped with independent intellectual property rights of the tool system. We designed and developed tool systems for Gleason and Orecon gear machining, using different types of machine-clamped carbide inserts according to the different working conditions of gear machining. With the machine clamp blade, the cutter head only needs to be adjusted once, and the blade does not need to be sharpened after the blade is worn. The cutting edge of the blade can be replaced to work again, which is convenient and fast. The machine clamp blade has multi-sided blade, long service life and high cost performance.

This tool system consists of a set of cutterheads, tool holders, tool pads and blades with fewer specifications to combine a full range of tools covering the entire machine tool processing range. Users no longer need to use imported cutterheads with various specifications, nor do they need to be equipped with expensive auxiliary equipment such as precision tool grinders, which effectively reduces the cost of equipment purchase and use. The user only needs to be equipped with a tool set instrument, trim the tool pad according to the correction amount of the tool pad calculated by the tool calculation software during tool adjustment, and then calibrate and tighten the tool holder on the tool set instrument to complete the tool preparation.
