This machine is suitable for weaving heavy-duty, high-density industrial filter fabrics.

Main structure

1. Frame: Steel wall panels with an integral base.

2. Main Drive: Intermediate drive using a reluctance motor.

4. Weft-insertion mechanism: flexible rapier weft insertion.

5. Weft-beating mechanism: conjugate cam weft beating.

7. Warp Feeding Mechanism: Servo‑driven positive warp feeding; when equipped with dual warp beams, it can accommodate different warp feed rates for each beam.

9. Lubrication System: The entire machine employs automatic centralized lubrication.
