Product Description
This machine is mainly suitable for weaving paper blanket bottom net, mining filter cloth, wide width geotextile, wide width glass fiber cloth, wide width canvas and other fabrics.

1. warp and weft range of plex: 0.2mm × 6 strands, 88 strands/10cm (plain weave)
2. Weft range: 0.2mm × 3 strands, 70 strands/10cm (plain weave)
3. Warp and weft range of monofilament: warp: 0.5mm, weft: 0.5mm, warp and weft density: 70-80 pieces/10cm (plain weave)
4. Adjustable range of weft density: 20-500 pieces/10cm (plain weave)

Main structure:
1. Frame: The main wall panel adopts cast iron box structure, and the whole machine is installed on the overall base.
2. Main drive: one-sided reluctance motor drive.
3. Opening mechanism: double-acting high-speed dobby structure with 10 pages of heald frame is installed on one side.
4. Weft insertion mechanism: servo motor rapier weft insertion method is adopted.
5. Beat-up mechanism: short hand-in-hand, four-link crankshaft beating-up mechanism is adopted.
6. Coiling mechanism: servo motor drives three rollers to actively coiling.
7, send-off mechanism: servo drive, single-axis send-off.
8. Rolling net mechanism: independent center rolling net driven by air cylinder.
9. Lubrication system: the whole machine adopts grease lubrication and oil lubrication manual pump for centralized oil supply.
10. Control system: The whole machine adopts PLC programmable automatic control system, which can freely set various parameters of the loom, and the fault stops and automatically displays.
