Model JW Polyester Fabrics Loom

JW series polyester fabric loom, a new electromechanical product, is improved in active force drive on the basis of TW series copper fabric loom with stable frame, reliable take-up and let-off, and is entirely more stable by adopting crankshaft four-bar linkage for once beating-up. The advanced PLC is possible to automatically control motions such as line pressing, picking, weft holding, shuttle braking and shutdown on mis-picks, easy to operate and effective to improve efficiency over 30%. It can make common forming fabric and common dryer fabric, and is ideal for our papermaking fabric industry with very high cost performance.

Model JW Polyester Fabrics Loom

 

The JW series polyester fabric loom, a new electromechanical product, improves active force drive on the basis of the TW series copper fabric loom with a stable frame, reliable take-up and let-off, and is entirely more stable by using a crankshaft four-bar linkage for once beating-up. The advanced PLC allows for automatic control of motions such as line pressing, picking, weft holding, shuttle braking, and mis-pick shutdown, and it is simple to operate and effective in increasing efficiency by over 30%. It can produce common forming and dryer fabrics, and it's ideal for our papermaking fabric industry due to its low cost performance.

 

Main Construction and Technical Parameters:

1、Reed Width: 3.2~7.2m.

2、Machine Speed: 22~35rpm per min.

3、Machine Weight: About 20~50T.

4、Drive: 5.5–11KW single-sided motor with pneumatic clutch brake.

5、Shedding: Double dobby shedding, 8-pieces of  heald frames.

6、Weft insertion: Mechanical shooting-in of picking stick, automatic weft holding by projectile shuttle, pneumatic shuttle braking.

7、Beating-up: Crankshaft four-bar linkage for once-beating-up, or multi-section split four-bar linkage for once-beating-up on widerreel width.

8、Take-up: Mechanical semi-active take-up.

9、let-off: Mechanical active let-off.
