Machine structure

1. Rack: composed of 9 sets of steel wall panels, installed on the overall base.

2. Main drive: driven by unilateral servo motor.

3. Opening form: double-acting heavy-duty side-pull arms are installed on both sides, equipped with 16 heald frames.

4. Weft insertion mechanism: water-cooled servo motor is adopted for double-sided rapier weft insertion. Middle handover weft insertion, 4-color weft selection.

5. Beating-up mechanism: adopt cam beating-up mechanism.

6. Coiling mechanism: special customized large torque double-sided worm gear reducer is adopted to synchronously control the three rollers to actively curl.

7, let-off mechanism: the use of electronic active control of the imported reducer let-off, double warp axis.

8. Network winding mechanism: the external center of the machine driven by the variable frequency motor through the reducer is used for winding.

9, lubrication system: the use of grease lubrication automatic oil supply and manual oil supply combination.

10. Control system: The whole machine adopts imported Omron PLC computer control, which can freely set various parameters of the loom, the fault electronic control stops, and the fault automatically displays.
