This machine is mainly suitable for weaving super heavy weight diaphragm cloth, high density industrial filter cloth.

1. Rack: steel box type wall panel, integral base.

2. Main drive: intermediate drive of reluctance motor.

3. Opening mechanism: lower electronic dobby, 12 heald frames.

4. Weft insertion mechanism: flexible rapier weft insertion, no guide hook, full-width temple.

5. Beating-up mechanism: conjugate cam beating-up.

6. Coiling mechanism: servo-driven coiling.

7, let-off mechanism: servo drive active let-off.

8. Cloth rolling mechanism: the outer surface of the machine is independently rolled, and the maximum diameter of the rolled cloth can reach 1.2m.

9. Lubrication system: The whole machine adopts automatic centralized lubrication.

10. Control system: The whole machine adopts PLC programmable automatic control system, which can freely set various parameters of the loom, and the fault stops and automatically displays.
