On the basis of retaining the stable frame, reliable coiling and let-off of TW series copper mesh loom, the main power transmission is well improved, and the crankshaft four-link one-time beating-up is adopted to make the whole machine more stable. The advanced PLC programmable control system is adopted, automatic control of the whole machine press line, pick line, pick line, pick weft, shuttle, lack of weft parking and other actions, simple operation, so that the loom production efficiency increased by more than 30%, can weave ordinary forming net and ordinary dry net products, with high performance-price ratio, is suitable for China's paper net industry ideal loom.
